The Feeling on 1st January 2026

It is not a good way to start 2026 with uncomfortable feelings about a relationship. I feel confused and unsettled because the girl who might become my girlfriend has not decided to choose me as her first choice. This makes me feel upset and uncertain about where I stand. Maybe she is not sure about me because she has many considerations before committing to a relationship. She has past trauma related to relationships with men, influenced by her brother’s negative experiences. She also does not fully trust herself to commit, as she feels she has not treated herself well in previous relationships. Our religions are different—she is Catholic and I am Christian—but I believe that difference itself is not the main problem. It is okay that she is still working on herself and trying to understand what she truly wants. I believe she could be my partner because she loves exploring nature. I imagine that when we spend time together, we could enjoy meaningful moments, grow together, and strength...

27 Years Old

Hi, this is me, Edwin Pamungkas. On October 9th, 2025, I was turn 27 years old. At this age, I feel happy, excited, anxious, and experience many emotions. It’s not because I don’t enjoy my life, but because I need to prepare for the future. In July next year, I will finish my reciprocal program at YPPH and receive my Bachelor’s degree certificate. I must start preparing — what will Edwin Pamungkas become in the next five years? A lecturer, a businessman, a traveler, or married to the girl he loves? I hope so, and I imagine good things will come. Now I realize that life is about being present and enjoying the process. Maybe it’s tough for me to prepare for next year, especially since I plan to apply for WHW, but I know it’s worth it — even though I’ve spent almost 20 million rupiah preparing for it. ASTRAMATIKA Competition

In the math competition is the first time I am accompanying a group of students from SD K IPEKA at Mulawarma University, East Kalimantan. The name competition is asramatika which means try skill in math. My first impression is the committee does good preparation. I can show how the committee receives teachers and students with full smiles and respect. After that, the committee show me a place to sit down with a group. Besides that, the committee in the state does all the best because the device to do math competition look proper. Next, I want to tell you about my group SD K IPEKA. The group consists of three students in grade six. This competition consists of three rounds. In the first round, all group has the opportunity to answer the question, and one question correct can get 100 points. All question in the first round is 10. Seraya Beach, Balikpapan

       People come to the beach to escape their daily routine. Balikpapan is a metropolitan city with many different employees. They do work seme every single day and do the same activity. People come to the beach to have space and charge their souls with nature. I saw many different activities on Seraya Beach, such as playing football, running with father and children, talking with family, playing sand, playing water, and many activities. When I was a child, I  often played with my friends and walked with my family on the beach. Now I am coming to a beach to evaluate my life and feel grateful because God makes me strong in this way.

The children in palm oil estate

       Children in palm oil estates have unique characteristics. They grow up and play in around estate. Many children in estate life are behind city children. My opinion because every day they see people around them work in estate. The employee in the estate doesn’t care about step-by-step children growing up. And the children imitate the behavior of employees in the estate and bring up to school. Children bring bad attitudes to school such as talking bad words to other childer, being rough, playing cards, and don’t listen to a teacher when speaking. Another hand, many parents do not bring lunch to their children to school. I hope the principal and the stakeholder in this area have a sulusion for this situation.

New Journey, New Envorement, and New Experience

       In January 2023, I joined a palm oil company in Kutai Timur. I feel like I am not enjoying what I am doing. And I decided to look for a new school. In June 2023, I joined IPEKA School in Balikpapan. I want to tell you how I got to Balikpapan with a sewing experience. First, I departed by travel from Gunung Kudung to Berau for 350.00 rupiahs. I waited for car travel from 02.00 am, and the car travel arrived at 06.00 am. The distance between Gunung Kudung and Berau is 10 hours. It wears me out. After that, I stayed at Hotel Karimarau for one night. After taking a bath, I walked around Kalimarau Airport. And the next day, I went to Balikpapan by airplane to Sepingggan Airpot. It is a new journey to become a teacher at Balikpapan and a new environment and experience living in a city in Balikpapan. Kalimarau Airport, Berau

  Sports Competitions in Oil Palm Estate      Schools in oil palm estates have a unique system to teach students in primary school. Sports competition is one of to introduce children to many sports and also teach children how to do it. Badminton sports is one way to introduce to children by holding a racket, hitting a shuttlecock, etc. Sometimes the weather is not friendly to children as rain, wind, and sun. Students must wait patiently until the rain is over or the wind is over.
